I value what you offer more than words can describe. Learning EFT and working with you each week has not only helped me with weight loss issues, it's given me a new spiritual anchor point. Pulling out of my busy routine each day to do my tapping causes me to get in touch more regularly with my spiritual self and has given me a stronger sense of being connected. I guess it's similar to Muslims stopping to pray several times each day, no matter what they are doing. My consciousness changes and elevates when I intentionally create opportunities to reconnect with my spiritual self, which only enhances my energy, my commitment to my personal goals, and my relationships with others.

I am still virtually sugar free and feeling great. I am eating no deserts, overt sugars, and still eating three meals with protein. I cannot believe how good I feel and how much more energy I have. Believe it or not, I have still not weighed myself. I do not want to get discouraged. I have dropped a size in clothing so I know I am starting to see changes. I will weigh myself when I feel like I have hit my goal. I am still exercising and I do have some bad days. The "bad" days are days when I feel like I have eaten too much (portion size).
